So in theory it has to be England where they always form an orderly queue even if there's only one person in it and of course they are all wearing life jackets in accordance with some regulation or other which every other nation would ignore ( except the Germans who always obey the rules), but then there are very strange bollards along the lock side which would make it easy to spanner yourself, then again there are what appear to be automatic barriers usually associated with railway crossings but no visible railway lines and what looks like a covered walkway crossing the canal which possibly obstructs it, and then half a lock gate next to the boat and finally the sun is shining - it doesn't add up so where is it ?

130 words in a single sentence - no wonder I could never pass english grammar.
