Brilliantly colored sky
Lens: Pentax 18-55mm AL Camera: K-30 Photo Location: Allegheny Mountains ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/25s Aperture: F3.5

My computer room window faces Westerly, so quite often I look out at some spectacular mountain sunsets. I do my best not to give in to the temptation of snapping just-one-more, but sometimes I can't handle it . This particular event was captured by friends all over the area; over many square miles and posted on Facebook. They did their best with the phone apps, but they all looked fairly pallid in comparison to mine. While I did run it through Lightroom, it was just for some minor tweaking....the colors are what I saw.

Those are some magnificent colors and patterns! Perfectly complemented by the silhouettes.

Really spectacular! Looks almost as though the trees are on fire (not a good thing here in Colorado). Well composed. Thanks.
