Good shot. If I were the bird, I'd be very cautious .... squirrels can be dangerous.

I would think the hawk has the advantage, I have never seen a squirrel eating a Hawk, but in the fields next to us I have seen numerous squirrel RIP remains

I don't think the Coyotes got them, but the Bobcats maybe?

Have any Possum in your neck of the woods? They will consume anything.

Yes there some possums around here but most of them i see are playing dead-- in the road looking at the armadillos!!
