Well done! Waxwings only hold still for a second at a time...very tough to catch in a nice pose.

Wonderful colors and sharpness here. The waxwings are beautiful birds and you captured this one very well, doing what they do so well themselves -- eating fruit.

Remember a flock of these turned up (blown of course) and fed on the Rowan berry trees outside my work in the 1970's...story made the news...never saw them again till now...lovely image swip.
