Lovely knife It reminds me very much of a Schrade I owned (I think I still have it somewhere)... one of the USA-made ones, before the switch to China...

The building where that was made was torn down a few years ago. It had been empty since manufacturing was moved overseas. Made in Camillus, NY. Just west of Syracuse. I always prefer knives with a locking blade.

Nice knife, well photographed.

I did collect a few American made knives about 10 years ago .
Just after I began collecting a lot of American knife makers decided to go the import route .

My father's uncle used to do all the print advertising for Camillus. It was his big account...
