I'm assuming this isn't a statue of the more recently departed former Canadian Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Flora MacDonald. Oddly enough, there isn't EXIF information with your post. It's another excellent image from you, but I can't tell which of your experienced ladies was used to produce it.

This was our original Flora MacDonald (Gaelic: Fionnghal nic Dh˛mhnaill; 1722 – 5 March 1790). She was a Scottish Jacobite heroine made famous by her part in the Young Pretender's escape after his defeat at Culloden.

This was a cross post, the original post and EXIF is here... Post your K-1 pictures! - Page 198 - PentaxForums.com

I tend to go through phases of only using one "Lady" for while and just now it's the turn of “Gorgeous Lady” (Pentax-A* 200mm F2.8 ED).

Like the way you've worked it...as near impossible to isolate it from front on.

Indeed... it's pretty difficult to even get one without a seagull in situ.

Very dramatic capture! The funny thing is that this statue just made a appearance on Dutch tv on the Discovery Channel.

If it really is the same statue; that she was famous female explorer... The one on TV was in Iverness on the Salvage Hunters show.
