I wonder why nobody is surfing... A sunset would have been nice, but this is great too!

Just enough pinkish color in the sky to offset that magnificent green surf... This needs to be hanging on a wall, somewhere!

One of the most, and if not, the best lighthouse pic I've ever seen on this forum. The fast shutter speed works really well here, I am glad you didn't shoot it long exposure. Everything in this photo is perfect. Thanks for sharing such a beauty.

LeDave is quite correct and I agree completely, I'm not a fan of long exposure water shots which I think turn everything into milk, the complete dramatic effect would have been lost if a long exposure had been used.

thank you for your kind thoughts PenPusher / LeDave I was looking for a bit Faster However the light available wouldn't allow it ! out came the Tripod in this one ! was very windy and I found a spot tucked down between the rocks blocking the wind , I would usually use a remote but I had to hold on to the GEAR ! if it was a Nikon I wouldn't have bothered LOL just kidding !!

Instead of a sunset, the right wave came and gave you a thrilling image!
