Sandhill crane series

Nicely captured! They are very nicely synchronized for you, too... I do miss the migrating cranes from Nebraska...

very nice indeed

I just joined my local Audubon group and on 4/7 will be joining some of them on day trip to Quivira and Cheyenne Bottoms

Home - Quivira - U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service

Cheyenne Bottoms Wildlife Area

Not sure how much time, if any I will have for photography though as opposed to bird spotting

The DA*50-135 is quickly becoming my favorite all around lens.
From up close to about 70 yards it delivers when I do my part.
