Thank you. This view was worth the overnight stay and one hour trip in my little 16 foot boat. I'm going to upload the sunset shot from the view to the west the evening before.

Thank you very much. I don't which I enjoyed more, just being out there in the wilderness, or taking the photos.

Thank you. Yes, this area is rife with old west history. FYI Steamboats used to travel up this section of the Colorado fro the Sea of Cortez to what is now Henderson, Nevada, carrying supplies. Then, on the return trip they would take on mining ore.
