I awoke to an orange glow radiating in from outside the window. I got up and gazed out to see what appeared to be the making of a decent sunrise. Once I carried the camera and tripod outside, this scene was taking shape. The cloud pattern was just amazing as the sun appeared at the horizon. The past week had been essentially overcast with rain, and this was a dramatic change to witness...

Thanks, Ted, there were some fabulous sunsets in CO, too, back when I lived there so many years ago...
