Nature Winter Reflection...

One of the last photo trips I took while I still owned my K3-II was winter of 2017 - a stellar winter in California, tons of snow. Out at dawn one morning to capture sunrise at Mt. Tom in the Eastern Sierra's and I spotted this bare tree reflected in a drainage ditch on a ranch in Round Valley, this was about 20 feet away from where I had my tripod setup a half hour earlier to capture first light on the mountain. As as I was packing up my gear heading to my car I came across this spot. Sometimes it pays to look in all directions, up, down and wherever!
