I spent the first week of April in Bhutan. Very unique place and lots of great photo opportunities. Buddhist influence is everywhere. Nice people, good food, great scenery.

Ok, out of the 1500 photos I took during my week in Bhutan I suppose there a few more I'm willing to share!

1. A fire started on the hill in Punakha shortly after our arrival and it burned for a couple of days.
2. While walking back from a temple we encountered a group of school girls on their way home. They were adorable.
3. There was a dog sacked out on a pedestal near this prayer wheel and when I went to snap a shot the kid stepped in and posed. A better picture!
4. Punakha Dzong (fortress) is widely regarded as the most beautiful in Bhutan.
5. No trip to Bhutan is complete without a hike up to Tiger's Nest!
