Nice photo...

I took the exact same shot in summer 2012.
Ole, it looks like you would be safe! (as nothing had move an inch. )

2009 for me mhoule418...my bet is The Sagrada Familia will be finished long before the restoration work here.

Interesting photo. Fun to look it over closely. But the huge crowd makes me glad I went there decades ago. Edward Abbey tried to warn us about industrial tourism.

In future generations, tourism will become an outer-space thing, or so claims Buzz Aldrin - of course, it may just be time on a NASA sound stage.

Buzz Aldrin is an interesting guy. I think he was the one who during the height of the early running craze in the late '70s or '80s said that he did not run because he figured he had only so many heart beats and he did not waste them.
