Have you ever gone to an iconic location like the Grand Canyon looking forward to getting some brilliant colors and detail and then see this?

So then you go home and play in Lightroom (or whatever you have) and spend hours trying to get something that looks decent and it just doesn't look right.

Sometimes you just have to follow Ansel Adams' lead and try black and white.

Unfortunately, due to air pollution we won't be able to get the clear photos of the Grand Canyon that were possible 50 years ago.

This day there was a dust storm with 50 mph winds.

Pop up the contrast in the B&W a little and we all might start calling you "Mini Ansel"
I think it works in B&W, well done.
