Yes it was Kerrowdown...those distinctive Maltese buses...1 euro anywhere rides...at least they were when I was there in 2008. Liked your treatments...mine was a quick grab in the passing.

When I was last back in 2011, all the buses are parked much further down now on the right hand side, angled parked, noses towards the old city wall.

Also now all modern Chinese rolling stock

They were classic...saw them everywhere on the island...I was googling the name of the fountain the other night and discovered Malta has live video feeds from all the prime areas...it was fun seeing them again.

Thanks for sharing your memories i_trax...never saw the fountain in full flow...it looks impressive...live night footage shows the fountain lit up nicely but no water...I think its being serviced at the moment...thanks also for the coach shot, you've brought back memories of a wonderful time there.
