Thanks for the comment. I took hundreds of pictures from the Peak that night, and I was using bracketing, I think -2/+2 EV, RAW only.
I got many very nice pics, and many not that great. I deleted all the blurry shots, which was about 1/4 of them. I kept mostly the ones that were underexposed and pulled up the exposure in Aftershot with the "Autolevel" function - single click. And also used the "perfectly clear" option.
This is all that was done in PP to the shot above, just 2 clicks. I didn't apply any NR in post, as it caused way too much blur. The Aftershot NR is not so great. The original shot for the above was almost completely black without adjustment. Certainly nothing I could have foreseen would be a good shot by looking in the LCD. I generally tend to not review my shots after I shoot them, and only later. In some cases, much later.
In fact, my Hong Kong shots were done a year and a half ago. I only seriously went through them recently in order to do large prints. 13x19 looks great on metallic paper with my Pro-100.

Here is another shot from that night from a slightly different vantage point.

Nightscape photography is one of my main interests, which is bought the full frame K-1 II recently.
