Flinders Ranges

a small snapshot of The Flinders Ranges in nthn South Australia....gateway to the famed " outback ".

Nice shots. They all have something to recommend them but the first one is my pick. I wish I had those clouds here!!

Thanks for dropping by PJ.....dry up your way ? Agricultural boys down here are starting to get nervous, patchy showers with more misses than hits.

In September 1984 I spent the night alone on the summit of St Marys Peak and woke up to a similar view of Mt Aleck and the Elder Range.

My spiritual home is still in the Flinders.
