my friend had his canon Elan rebel something? with him with a 16-35 USM L F2.8 (very nice lens) and a roll of Agfa APX400 film (which apperantly is no longer made)

scanned using a nikon coolpix 9000 at school, this is the result...

this is the most akward pose i have probably ever done... but the effect is... anyway, you guys be the judges..

Hey, I really like the tonal rendering. It is really good for a relatively high speed film. As for the pose...Yeh, it looks a little uncomfortable, but you definitely look the part of the tough guy...

the thing is i was very comfortable, it was a nice wide post with a flat surface.. but i look tense for some reason... like that post is up my ass

another friend actualy though i was leaning up on a tree... which if you look at th ephoto long enough, makes sense

Looks like you were pushing out a log....

Nice shot though....love the semi-shallow DOF. Just enough to set you off from the BG.
