I don't usually go for filters and long exposures, particularly when water is involved as I think they falsify the image, but in this case the sharply defined landscape sets the swirly clouds off really well, reminiscent, to me, of van Gogh's brush strokes. I'd be delighted to have it on my wall. It also reminds me of a long ago series in Leica Fotographie entitled "Masters of The Leica" of course they were using real film Leicas and proper Black & White film.
