More shots from my recent Cornwall visit, these were taken during a trip to the fantastic Minack Theatre - high on a cliff edge above Porthcurno with stunning views...at the time rehearsals were ongoing for "Jeff Waynes,War of the Worlds"

I've seen this place before on a travel program. My ancestors are from the southwest of England, from Devon and Cornwall area. It's definitely on my list of places to visit and I'd love to just see this theatre. Nice captures.

Awesome Simon. I never heard of the place. What a fabulous dramatic setting for staging drama. Imagine watching War of the Worlds with the night sky and the sea as a backdrop.

I just checked the theatres website. The 'Tripods' are pretty cool looking in War of the Worlds.

Yes must have been great, we tried to get tickets but they were all sold out - only thing was though the weather in the evenings was pretty awful so I guess they had to cancel a few performances
