You’re most welcome! It’s really just a memory share, and the sun came out at just the right time, as we emerged from the Rhine Gorge in the late afternoon, so I was lucky. I wouldn’t often think of the FA77 as a landscape lens, but it just goes to show that you shouldn’t limit your thinking.

Very nice, We were there in October last year and I am still reviewing editing and culling photos. Certainly a beautiful part of the world. Here is one of mine from the same region.

Thanks, Bruce. We were there around the same time, taking the four-rivers cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam. I’m also going over mine from that holiday.

It’s officially Marksburg, above the town of Braubach, which is about 10 km from Koblenz. I don’t know if it goes by another name.
