Very nice! I have attempted countless shots of bees with the same lens, but I can't get steady enough to get it as sharp and in focus as you achieved. I will keep trying!

I had plenty of this one that were out of focus.

If you don't post to Bug Guide, you should consider doing so. Pretty sure this is the introduced European Wool Carder, but still data is always welcome.

Seems like a good web site. Personally just not all that interested in the minutia of insect identification. But I'm glad others are.
