A Stack of Rocks
Lens: DA Limited 35mm Macro Camera: K-5 Photo Location: Granite Bay, CA ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/250s Aperture: F5.6
Posted By: ToddK, 06-05-2018, 09:41 PM

My first commissioned photo (for the price of a dinner)! A friend wanted a photo of stacked rocks for a print to put up in his home, so I played around with it in my backyard. I was a little skeptical about it, but he liked it and the large print looks really good. The only problem was that my cat kept jumping up and knocking them over

Really nice foreground sharpness and bokeh. Well done!

This is a nice shot. Bokeh fore and aft along with shadow and light work really well in focusing attention on the rocks. I like it.
