When you prepare the shoot, and your cat wants to participate. She discovered today that fire is not friendly at all.

That second one is really neat with the candlelight on kittys back.

The speed was 0.3 sec, it's a bit blurry, but I like that slight movement. No cats were harmed during the performance. Only me because she ruined all staging.

Cats always love nosing around where they shouldn't, and they really like little lights...

Reminds me of this old shot,
Was doing some small art work photos for my wife,
My son's then teenage cat decided he liked my lights and crawled into the middle of things,
Made some nice lighting on him, but ended the session with the art work

I like the second picture.

She may have "ruined all staging" - but she added life - that should count for something.
