Nice capture! I like the contrast between the bright front and the dark side of the house. Good choise to render this in B+W!

Is this house really as isolated as your image shows it? You certainly did do a good job of portraying isolation.

Well, if you mean if it is surrounded by water - the answer is no. But otherwise this place is pretty isolated, yes.
