I had a new toy arrive today. It's a Russian made Industar-61, a 50mm/2.8 lens.

So you are still in denial about LBA Alan.

Looks like that lens has pretty good colour rendition.

Actually, I jacked up the saturation a bit. It does seem to be pretty accurate colorwise though....

I love the first image you posted here. Your friend/model is beautiful! The shot with both of your subjects tongues out is cool and funny. It looks like you know how to use this lens already and are enjoying it.

That's my daughter Rebecca and Chocolate Lab (Grant) sharing expressions with the tongues out. That was one of those lucky captures.
