Testing my "new" FA 20-35mm. I like the field of view!

Even at this time of year it makes me cold - I guess that means you did a good job.

Yes, well seen. If I do get a zoom someday, it will be a short-range like this one. Sort of a prime, with a bit of leeway on each side.

That's mostly how I see this lens. It's meant to replace my DA21mm now that I'm using full frame almost always. The 21 is better at what it does, but the 20-35 appears to be close and offers more flexibility. The short focal range means that it's almost a prime indeed.
