These are shots from down at the beach here today I'll shoot some more tomorrow with a tripod and a few other lenses, These will give you a idea of the surf here, we never see wave like this unless there is a hurricane in the Gulf. I think there was people from all over the US here.

Based on body position of some of those guys, i'd say they're not from around there... they look comfortable... Nice series BTW.

I thought I spent too much money on camera gear, but looking at the guys trucks lined along the beach and the 5 to 20 surf boards in each truck. Dam.

What part of the gulf?

These shots were taken at Mexico Beach, about 35 miles east of Panama City Fl. The shore line faces west here and the wind is blowing to the west so it's perfect off shore winds.
