My first shots with the above combo. Some of them are slightly cropped, due to some inadvertent vignetting to bottom left and top right, caused by the hood being insufficiently rotated (locked).

These three shots at, or close to, minimum focus distance. f5 for the last shot.

Thanks bertwert! It's the widest lens I own and I primarily I bought it for the K-1's astrophotography mode.

I shot some more with it last week. Of course it's mid-winter Down Under and the sun is pretty directional at latitude 35 S.

This first shot shows the pretty appalling flare/highlight resistance. Shooting RAW (as always) I have done no PP except for inclusion of the lens profile from the Irix website.

The second shot is with PP in Lightroom and any later photos in this and subsequent posts will have PP. The subject is the Skyspace at our National Gallery, one of many Skyspaces created by renowned US artist James Turrell. I love shooting the various angles and subtle colour and tones that his Skyspace creates.
