Cloudy and overcast here today. I went looking for finches again but there were none to be seen. I took the K 200mm 2.5 out on the walk and this was the best of the day. This lens has an almost "macro" quality to it. I recently aquired an SMC Pentax 77mm "Cloudy" filter for this lens. It is supposed to be good for "cloudy" days such as this. I have a skylight filter on this lens most of the time but as it was a cloudy day..... In any case:



Maybe I should crop the bottom right corner a bit - is is distracting. Thoughts?

I could go either way, crop or no crop.. it's nice dof and doesn't distract too much, and tough to crop at this pov, if you ask me. But I also think it would look a little nicer with the consistent background..
