Hump Bladderwort, one of 220 types of this genus, have submerged, rootless stems that are equipped with hollow air sacs that have less pressure than the surrounding water. When a prey touches a hair-like trigger a flap opens and both water and prey are sucked in. The leaves in the picture are from Water Shield, not the Bladderwort.
