A Dragonfly in my backyard today.
Lens: DFA 100mm Macro w/HD1.4x Teleconverter Camera: K-3II Photo Location: Granite Bay, CA

A dragonfly was a guest in my backyard for about an hour today and he was kind enough to give me some great close-ups. All were shot handheld. The first one was my first attempt at focus stacking because I couldn't quite get the tip of the leaf and feet in focus with the head. I used PS and did an auto-align and then used the eraser (I haven't yet learned masking).

Thanks pichaser! I don't very often get dragonflies in my backyard, I usually have to walk to a spot to photograph them. It was a pleasant surprise.
