Thanks for looking, the first two were taken at Whatcom falls park (Bellingham, Wa.) The Third was taken on the Washington coast at Rialto Beach.

Beautiful shots. Were those taken on the Olympic Peninsula?

Steve, the third was taken on the olympic peninsula and the first two were taken about 6 hours and a ferry ride Northeast of the coast. I live about an 15 miniutes from the waterfall in this picture.

We live in a very Beautiful area we just need to get out and capture it. I will be down in Yelm for a family gathering the weekend of the 27th. What would you go shoot in that neck of the woods?

I am familiar with the Ferndale area and have always felt that the who region around Bellingham and the Canadian border is one of the nicest places on earth.

As for photo ops in Yelm...well, you can always photograph the Yelmites! Other than that, there is Mt. Rainier along with Chinook and White Passes.

I did not see your other post where you gave the location of the third picture as Rialto Beach. I have been there and many other spots on the coast strip of Olympic National Park and am hoping to do a small road trip up there in the next week or so. On the short list of places to visit are Kalaloch, La Push (Second, Third, and Rialto beaches), Lake Ozette/Cape Alava, NeahBay/Point of Arches, Crescent Lake, and (of course) Hurricane Ridge on the swing back home.
