Along with your other post of pears, very good pictures of "backyard" fruit that is only possible in the Okanagan. I really like the way the light is used to make the fruit look ripe and to give good texture to the leaves.

I have some eastern peach trees that grew wild near the compost pile that I decided to keep. I just ate my very first peach from one of them as they ripen in late summer.
Bears can be a problem here and have broken my trees several times. I've been lucky this year so far and brought some inside to finish ripening just in case..

A great shot. Although the frame is a little tight, but it seems to work somehow.
