Random Flowers
Lens: D FA* 50mm f/1.4 Camera: K1 Photo Location: My back yard ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/6s Aperture: F5.6

This is a 28 image stack shot with the new D FA* 50/1.4. I have posted it on another thread, but I'm very pleased with it, so i thought I would post it here as well.

Of course it is impossible to show the true quality of this image at the resolution that gets to me. but this is clearly a special image and a good testimony for the new lens.

This new lens is obviously in good hands. A stunning image with excellent, deep color. The sharp, white edges of the flowers help make every part of the image the best part. The sharpness everywhere has damaged my eyes. Thanks.

If you have drooled on that lens...you have bought it. Don't lend it to me, I would probably drool too. Good idea to make it AW.

You should be pleased - this is a striking photo with a dimensionality; I feel like I could reach into the photo a plunk off a bloom (although you'd likely kill me ). Great job.
