Ospey fledgling learning to fly
Lens: DFA 150-450 Camera: K-1II Photo Location: Columbia River ISO: 2200 Shutter Speed: 1/350s Aperture: F8

One of the young ospreys has fledged, was doing laps in and out of the nest this morning, the other is still flapping enough to get some air, but didn't leave the nest...but that won't be for much longer.

Very great images. Nice work! I need to get out and check the two nests I have been looking at often.

Thanks, I found getting to the nests just before sunrise is very rewarding in both sight & sounds......and photography !!
