Very quaint, with enough parking space nearby

From what we can see through the scaffolding, this will be a building in the best tradition of Russian church buildings, but this photo clearly shows that it is mostly surrounded by a sterile parking lot and has modern buildings as nearby neighbors.

For me the wooden scaffolding is an important focal point . The wood shows exposure to the weather of Russia but yet it is quite sturdy I am sure . Too bad I won't see the work in a progression series . Workmanship is a universal language . Thanks for sending .

It looks quite surreal sitting in the middle of all that asphalt. Makes the scale difficult to judge.

I agree with pichaser on the scaffolding being the focal point. Being in construction, I always am fascinated by what different methods are used for scaffolding. Thanks for sharing this photo.

Nice image.

Get a bit closer if possible. I bet some time exposures at night would be dramatic. Good job!

That would give a better view of the church, but this view gives a good view of how utilitarian its setting is.

That would depend on how much natural light is available at night. To me, this area looks like it might be very dark.
