Here's Jennifer, 1st place medal winner, 2018 USA Taekwondo National Championships, Tiger Sparring 8-9 Female Black Belt Light (21.1 - 25 kg). Her parents, Traci and Scott, are bursting with pride over Jennifer's success.

Lighted with a single electronic flash unit and a white fabric reflector.

Enjoy,

Dennis

First. As a 60 year old slightly overweight man I'd like to say OUCH! Second. Wow! What a beautiful shot. If her Taekwondo school ever needs a brochure they should hire you. If they haven't already.

Thanks very much. This photo was pretty easy, given a cooperative subject. Jennifer just kept going until I got the image I wanted.
