the artistry doesn't particularly appeal to me, but that may be just me - you unquestionably are an artist..

Yeah, art is always a subjective thing. Oddly this one and it's pair have been one of my best sellers....completely unintentionally. Those two were a public statement piece to my family who disowned me in my 30s for not being "what" they expected.....so I get that the appeal has a limited audience, but it was a cathartic process for me nonetheless

I am a little "art blind" too. Take me to an Art exhibition (of almost any kind) and I rarely respond to anything. Yet show me a good photograph that really captures beauty, or a mood, atmosphere, whatever - I am hooked. Or a beautifully filmed piece of cinema. I also am a sucker for almost any kind of music - jazz, classical, blues, C & W (yeah, it's embarassing, I know), whatever.

But we all have to be who we are, whoever that is. We have to be true to ourselves before we can be true to anyone else. So good for you, Jenny.
