If you click the "Edit Message" button associated with this post, you will get the standard edit screen which allows you to edit this text.
Near the bottom of that screen, lower than the box to edit this text, is another "Edit Message" button - press that and you will be taken to a screen where you can edit all your original decisions .... including title .... but its not really that important.
