Nice, Bright and Colorful Arrangement.
Lens: Sigma 70~300mm APO Macro. Camera: Canon EOS Rebel t5. Photo Location: Backyard ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/60s Aperture: F22

Focal length @ 300mm, Manual Exposure Mode, no flash with CWA. Yes, there is a little sharpening artifact on the one subject. The Sigma lens is soft at maximum 300mm. Oh well, live and learn.

Thanks for viewing.

Very nice, Tony.

I really like your composition, making great use of what I'd normally call negative space, but in this case it has some interesting detail in it that's on the opposite side of the frame to the main subject. That works really well. Also appealing is the limited range of bold, well-saturated colours - red, and green. That's striking. And you nailed the focus on those peppers (?).

I wouldn't worry about the sharpening artefact... Obviously it's ideal if you can avoid this, but I've seen worse, and some people get way too obsessive about such things. A nice photograph is a nice photograph... and this is a nice photograph

A great many thanks for your uplifting and encouraging review. The only adjustments I made to this image were downsizing and a little sharpening. The colors came through like a champ and the bokeh level is certainly beyond mere acceptable. I just haven't found the sweet spot on this lens yet. I do suspect that it is between 135mm ~ 188mm. I will continue trudging on. Again, many thanks for your analysis.
