Nice series. Yellowstone's a wonderful place. I like the osprey in image #6 dining on a Yellowstone cutthroat. A trout that's found in only one spot in the world. They are very tasty.

Thanks, That shot is interesting to me because everyone stops to look at the nest across the river. This adult will fly across the road and eat at this dead tree. So, you will see all these folks looking one way and I come in and look the opposite way. I'm sure they think I'm strange. Well, that's true enough...

Thanks, The Osprey is at the nest you showed me last year. I see I have the Pelicans swimming up hill so I'll have to fix that.

Thanks, the Hawk was perched in a tall tree that brought him up to road level so you could get a level shot rather than looking up.

Great series! Hope there is more to come.
Did you have a good time? And not mess with the Bison?

Thank you, I'll see if there is anything decent. I hope to go back this weekend. Its always a different set of wildlife visible. Don't take many shots of the Bison as I prefer to get shots of them doing something other than eating or sleeping. I was there when a storm went through last weekend but botched trying to get shots of them in the rain. The storm started and they all ran across the road away from the river.
