I can't really see enough detail to verify that is a cemetery, but I don't need to ..... this is a very lovely scene.

What a cemetery! Why do the crosses look like that?

Hello! This is the usual Orthodox crosses, in the north of our region there are Old Believers crosses that look a little different. The Russian Orthodox Church was split in 1650-1660 as a result of the church reform, which changed the old traditions. Adherents of the old traditions of the so-called Old Believers began to be persecuted.

Interesting image of a far away (for me) place. It makes you think about the surroundings others live in and how they live their lives.

Very nice. I suspected the crosses were Russian. As PJ1 stated I love seeing photos from around the world.

And don't know why they are mostly blue, I think it depends from preferences of relatives of the deceased.
