I really like this. Whilst it's an architectural photo, there's a sort of abstract quality to it. I love the difference in blues between the dome and the sky, and the tonal variation on the dome. The limited colour palette plus light and shadow works really well, and the composition is nice - a well chosen angle for the shot

Thanks for commenting BigMackCam...you're right - it was about working that angle...everything else took care of itself.
