The city of Riga, capital of Latvia. A small nation, however it is a member of NATO. A very good vacation bargain with many sights to see. Riga is quite the cultural center with many museums to visit. Lovely photograph and very interesting.

Nice shot, like the toning. I'd love love love to visit the Baltic States, on my bucket list for sure.
