These are very good - not easy to photograph like this.

I try to photograph these critters on my Lavender...but have never come close to these results...maybe put my 100mm macro aside and try the Da*300mm instead...do you employ the catch-in-focus technique at all...these are the images of someone who knows what their doing...kudos Heinrich.

Those are some sharp looking Bees. Great images. I've tried for those before but mine need more wok.

Thank you for the kind words, I tried with the 100, too close to follow and get focus, with the 300 you gain working space and stand a chance. I use both manual and auto focus depending on the circumstance and my eyes {age related macular degeneration) I have never tried catch in focus.
