I don't recall doing a lot of PP - mostly just bumping up the contrast of the RAW file and adjusting the WB a bit - I tend to leave the camera on 'daylight' and it can go bit blue in the evenings. Myusual objective in PP is to try to be true to the feel of the scene as I experienced it,not always to the camera's interpretation of it, but that doesn't work if you stray too far from reality in pursuit of impact or whatever because that's not true to what you saw.
I had a feeling it wasn't too processed. And funny thing, I leave my WB set at daylight, too. Specially since there are so many white LED lights nowadays and that makes the orange sodium vapour lights look normal.
The blue sky glow is normal in the early evening and before sunrise. It's very colorful on longer exposures, although the eye can't really see it since it's so dim. But it's there and is no PP trick. I just can't recall the astronomical name right now.
