Wolf Denali National Park Alaska
Lens: Smc A 300mm F2.8 Camera: LX Photo Location: Alaska

Film Ektar 125.
Scan of photo from LX.
This wolf surprised a moose with 2 calves.
It attacked dragging one baby into the brush and the other on the river bed.
This happened around 11:20 p.m.
The wolf then worked the 2 kills back and forth all night long.
We left around 4 a.m.
Came back the next day and the mother was still standing guard over the river bed kill.
The second day a second wolf appeared and then trotted off in the distance through tundra that tripped us up with our first foot steps.
