To my imagination. this Egret {white bird} is a newcomer trying to make friends, and all the resident geese and ducks are just ignoring him.

All I can suggest to the poor Egret trying to join the goose club and apparently being rebuffed...is what famous comedian , man about town and raconteur ....Groucho Marx said some years ago...."I refuse to join any club that would have me as a member..."

While at the laundromat {our water heater is kaput} I realized Egret's expression reminds me of Rodney Dangerfield.
