Nice photo; at least they're interested - the college students I spent the eclipse with seldom looked in the direction of the sun.

Ahhh at college age I guess kids have different interests I spent that day at my youngest’s elementary school and all the kids were fighting over glasses ( my job was to hold the box and monitor sharing for one class) and they also made a lot of home made viewing devices and experiments. They all seemed to be eagerly waiting for it to happen. At that age they are still full of wonder and imagination. It was fun. Of course I had no time to set up my camera to take any photos of the event itself. I settled for having my trusty GR (which is slowly taking over) in my pocket and getting the kids etc as I could.

Thank you and totally agree. I think we have them so we can live again through their curiosity.
